This week's challenges. I defy you to do this every day this week.
Walk 20 minutes a day. this is one of the best fat burning exercises ever! You can't beat the fresh air and sunshine to make you feel better.
Drink at least 2 litres of water every day. We need water to help our bodies function better. It also reduces food cravings.
Eat at least five servings of vegetables every day. They improve digestion, gives you healthy carbohydrates and increases energy.
Wake up and be grateful. Sounds simple enough. Right now think of three things you should be grateful for.
Workout at least three times per week. No excuses. But you are probably doing this already. Maybe not!
Take two cold showers this week.
This is a tough one but once you have finished your shower turn the hot tap off for sixty seconds and enjoy the extra energy and vitality it will give you. Not so hard really now that the warmer weather is here.
Read instead of watching tv one day this week. Once you have done this you will see the benefits of "unplugging" immediately.
