This is a great article. I will flick to you the next episodes when they become available. We tend to measure our aerobic decline as we get older but there is more and more evidence emerging about sarcopenia (muscle loss) being a vital factor in ageing.
You can reverse this (not totally obviously) with weight bearing exercise.
