I know I put this up a few weeks ago but on ABC television's "Catalyst" programme last night it basically backed up the benefits of the "Low carb, high fat" nutrition lifestyle shown in this you tube clip.
As I say, try it for 30 days. If it doesn't work then either you are not sticking to it or me and plenty of other people who follow this are wrong.
