If you have been following my blogs you will see that I rarely promote product. My reason for this is because there are so many supplements, energy drinks, foods and the like that say they are free from artificial colourings and chemicals. Not to forget sugar in some form or another. It might not say sugar as such but there are carbohydrates in some form or another.

My favourite? the 180 coconut powder is delicious either in smoothies or in yoghurt with fruit and some nuts and seeds.
