I am pleased to announce that I am now a qualified consultant and member of the Functional Movement Screen.

This involved the assessment through seven different movement screens that isolate stability and function throughout the body that, if not identified results in the vast majority of people who are not only involved in sporting and exercise activities but every day function that restricts basic movement.

Once isolated and assessed correctional exercises are then programmed to assist in creating a more symmetrical balance throughout the body.
