This recent photo reminds us all of how we can bounce back from adversity. This incredible structure (google One World Trade Centre) is testimony to the resilience of a society to rebuild "from the ashes". This building is being built on what is virtually the site of the Twin Towers that were attacked by terrorists on the 11th September 2001.
None of us will forget that day.
Get out of bed this morning and say to yourself "I just don't feel like training or can't be bothered" or maybe you are recovering from an injury that prevents you from exercising? You can bounce back. Translate the above into motivation to bounce back, persevere and change will happen in your journey with dietary and fitness goals.
