Rule#5 for fat loss
Humans don't necessarily need fruit. If your ancestors were from Europe how much fruit did they eat in winter 500 years ago? We are still here so somehow we survived.
The only exception to the virtually "no fruit" rule are tomatoes, avocados and berries (berries being lowest in sugar or fructose. Fructose converts to glycerol phosphate more efficiently than any other carbohydrates.
The only exception to the "fruit rule" can be on your Cheat Day (ref. Rule#4).
